About accommodation

  • QWhat time is the check-in time?
  • It is from 4pm.

  • QWhat time is the check-out time?
  • It is 10am.

  • QWhat is the view like?
  • All rooms face south and overlook the Kanto Plain.

  • QCan I go out during my stay?
  • Yess. The front door will be locked during the night. Please call the front desk when you come back to the hotel.

  • Qcan I stay 2nights or more?
  • Yes. We welcome long-term stay guests.

  • QCan I stay with a child(children)?
  • Yes. We have prices for elementary school aged children, toddlers and infants.

  • QDo you charge cancelation fee?
  • Yes.
    We will charge 100% of the room rate for cancellation on your check-in day and no-show.
    50% – cancellation the day before your stay.
    30% -cancellation 2 days before your stay
    20% – cancellation 3 days beforeo your stay
    If you cancell your stay 4days before your stay, no cancellation fee charged.

  • Qcan I check-out early in the morning?
  • Yes. You may want to check-out hotel early for work or golf. Please tell the front desk when you check-in.
    So that the Payment will be made on the day of your arrival.

  • QIs it possible to park my car at the hotel before check-in?
  • Yes. Please let us know when you book your stay.
    If you are planning to Climbing Mt. Tsukuba, you can ride our shuttle bus to The Tsukubasan Sgrine Enterance.

  • QCan I do late check-out?
  • Late-check out is subject to room availability on that day. For queries on late check-out and applicable charges, pleas ask at the front desk.

About meals

  • QDo you have in-room dining menu?
  • No. We do not have in-room dining sevice.
    We serve dinner and breakfast only at the Restaurant ‘Shihoen’. It’s on the 2nd floor of the Hotel.
    (Meals might be served at the hall to big groups and to small groups during the busy period – G.W. Obon and N.Y. holidays)

  • QWhat time the dinner start?
  • It starts from 6pm.(We may ask you to change the service time during busy period.)

  • QWhat time the Breakfast start?
  • It starts from 7Am.(We may ask you to change the service time during busy period.)

  • QI have foods allergies.
  • Please let us know when you book your stay.

  • QIs the meal buffet style?
  • Currently, the hotel serves Japanese meal set for both dinner and breakfast.
    And we serve the meal set to each person even to the big grop.

  • QCan I order some more dishes?
  • Yes, but some dishes can not be prepared on the day. please order in advance.

About hot springs

  • QIs the communal bath available 24 hours a day?
  • You can use the bath after check in and up until 9.30am the following day.

  • QDo you have a private bath?
  • We do not have a private bath.

  • QPlease tell me about the quality of the spring
  • It is alkaline simple hot spring.

  • QDo you have a sauna?
  • We do not have sauna.

  • QDo you have towels in the public bath?
  • No. Bath towels and hand towels are provided in the rooms.

  • QDo you have shampoo in the communal bath?
  • Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer are available.

  • QDo you have lockers in the communal bath?
  • Yes. There are free lockers.

  • QNon-hotel guests can use the communal bath?
  • Yes. It opens from 1pm to 8pm on weekdays and Sunday.(last reception 7pm) and from 1pm to 5pm on saturdays and the day before public holidays(last reception 4pm).

  • QI have tatoo.
  • Anyone with tatoo will not be allowed to use the communal bath.

  • We don’t have Karaoke room but we have Karaoke machines forg the banquet. For more details, please contact us.

  • Yes. Please contact us at the front desk.

  • There is no coin laundry in the hotel however there is a coin laundry that is only 10 minutes drive from the hotel.

  • No. We have rental hairdryer at the front desk.

  • Yes.There are Vending Machines in the lobby on the 1st floor and some more on the 2nd floor.
